LAST MINUTE INFORMATION/REMINDERS
1. All delegates must bring 3 1/2 Floppy (A:) disks on Thursday to help the Approval Panel during Lobbying. IMUN will sell floppy disks to those who have not brought disks of their own.
2. Opening speeches on Friday, November 12th, must be limited to one minute. Only one delegate may represent a country when at the podium or at aisle microphone.
3. As indicated in our spring e-mail, and on our website, lunches will not be provided this year.
4. Discounted train tickets (Monte Estoril to Belem) will be made available to MUN directors, at cost, on Thursday.
5. Our keynote speaker this year is the US Charge d'Affairs to Portugal, Ms. Adrienne O'Neal. Ms. Ana Maria Fernandez, retired MUN Director of ASM, will open as well.
